May 2019 Wrap Up
Five months down! Bring on Summer! Time for the May Wrap Up of the books I read!
On the last Monday in May, all over the US we fly flags, grill burgers, hang out with family, and maybe take advantage of the weekend sales. But while all of that is great, that’s not what Memorial Day is about. Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. It’s possible that you haven’t read Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty. Maybe you live under a rock, or you haven’t had access to books, or maybe a witch cast a spell on you and you’ve been in an enchanted sleep for the last five or so years. You may be late to Liane’s Little Lie train, but I’m going to make you love it the way I do. And I love Big Little Lies.
